Leather Discipline Corset

This Discipline Corset was made to measure for a client that lives in Ireland. It's their third corset made by me and their second discipline model. It was a pleasure to design and make this corset for this dedicated corset enthusiast. This particular Discipline Corset is knee length. This longer length shortens the wearer's gait to just a few inches. When worn with high heels, walking is even more challenging.

The interior of the corset comprises of heavy cotton/poly twill and a hidden waist tape with a slight pipe-stem waist. The exterior of the corset is very firm, yet soft, red leather with black leather stay casings.

Inside the stay casings are 3/8 metal stays which are hand cut and capped at the ends. The steel stays run the entire length of the corset. This, along with the full-length heavy weight underbusk makes the corset practically unbendable and forces the wearer to have a very upright posture.

Entrance and egress is a relatively simple manner of operating the hidden, heavy-duty stayed zipper. This creates a corset that can be placed on the body without assistance if no one is about to help in dressing. Because the closure is hidden, the corset looks as though it is sewn on the body. At the back, two sets of laces are used to constrict the 30" length of the Discipline Corset. Hidden under the laces is my specially designed lacing protector. This makes lacing very comfortable no matter the amount of compression induced by the laces.
