I hereby agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sale Stated herein. I certify that I am knowledgeable about the use and limitations of all products and equipment hereby purchased, and agree to hold harmless Amy Crowder, Wasp Creations, manufactures and designers from any damage claims whatsoever that may arise from or in connection with the use of any product or equipment hereby purchased. SHIPPING: We ship by USPS. All our shipments are insured. For international delivery by airmail, contact Wasp Creations for a quote. Normal production time is 3 -6 weeks from receipt of order. We will notify you on our shipping date and a date you should expect your corset. If there is any foreseeable change of delivery do to unavailability of components, we will notify you. PAYMENT: All orders must be prepaid by check, credit card, or money order made payable to AMY CROWDER-WASP CREATIONS. All foreign orders must be prepaid in full in US dollars. We cannot process C.O.D. orders. A non-refundable deposit equal to half of the total price of any custom order must accompany the order. The remainder must be received before the order is shipped. Once an order is placed and the pattern is cut or work is begun, no refund of deposit can be made. RETURNS: All sales are final. CONFIDENTIALITY: We keep your order and name completely confidential.
